SHIPPING POLICY FOR (WIGS ONLY)
All wig orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For simple flat-rate shipping, we offer a $15 flat rate per item to anywhere in the USA.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is offered during normal business hours: Tuesday through Friday, 12 PM to 4 PM, and Saturday, 12 PM to 3 PM (excluding Federal holidays). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
