Policies
ALL SALES AND SERVICES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!
Operation Hours: Tue – Fri 10 AM – 6 PM, Sat 9 AM – 3 PM.
As you know, all questions and concerns will be accepted via EMAIL ONLY: INFO@NIQUESTYLES.COM.
DEPOSITS: NON-REFUNDABLE deposits are required at the time of booking.
ALL services include wash and blow-dry. If you arrive pre-washed, your hair must be free of dandruff, gel, edge control, or leave-in conditioners.
If you arrive pre-washed, your hair should be appropriately blow-dried before braiding.
For returning clients: If you’ve already purchased hair extensions and had them installed, please wash and dry them before your appointment. If your hair needs to be cleaned and dried during the appointment without prior communication, we will add a $25 fee to your service.
RESCHEDULING: Use your confirmation email to reschedule. Rescheduling is only valid up to 48 hours before the original appointment. To use your deposit, you must book a new appointment within 30 days of your original appointment date. You are only allowed one reschedule per appointment.
VIRGIN HAIR APPOINTMENTS: To ensure hair installs reflect the stylist’s portfolio, ALL appointments involving virgin hair bundles MUST BE purchased from the NIQUESTYLES HAIR Collection.
For clients booking hair color services: Please describe the color you desire when requesting hair color for your appointment. When booking, please submit all color requests through our website at www.niquestyles.com.
COLOR & BUNDLE PURCHASE BOOKINGS: If you cancel and your bundles have already been colored for your appointment, you will be responsible for the cost of the color and bundles. Bundles can be shipped to the address you provide.
LATENESS: We understand that traffic can cause delays, so we allow a 10-minute grace period to arrive at your appointment. At the 15-minute mark, a $25 late fee will be added to the service total. At the 30-minute mark, if there has been no communication with the stylist, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
NO CALL/SHOWS: This will result in a FULL-SERVICE charge and a block from future appointments.
LATE CANCELLATION: (Within 24 hrs.): $100.00 fee.
BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU AGREE TO ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
FOR CLIENTS INQUIRING ABOUT LOCATION: Once the appointment has been booked, addresses will be emailed to clients.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
“SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE SET FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE MONTH BEFORE YOU CANCEL. AFTER YOUR FIRST MONTH, YOU CANCEL ANY TIME WITHOUT INCURRING CANCELLATION FEES.”
